These family records, written in German script, chronicle the births of the 16 children of Friedrich Lerch (born 1759) and his wife Elizabeth (born 1761). The children's birth dates are between 1782 and 1807.

Another early inscription indicates that the funeral text for Frederich Lerch was John 16: 22. The Lerches were residents of the Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

Later inscriptions include the names of Edward Riegel (born 1832) and Susanna Riegel.
